The Miracle of Meditation - A Beginners Handbook to Achieving Inner Peace

Meditation can be a powerful tool that will improve your life, your mental well-being, and even your physical health. That's pretty impressive for something that's fairly easy to do and doesn't cost you anything outside of the resources you purchase to learn about it.

We live in an extremely busy and hectic time. We're constantly bombarded by information and various stimuli. It's no wonder that we're more stressed out now than ever before in the history of mankind.

The bad news is that all this stress is taking its toll on both our bodies and our minds. We need to find balance in our lives and we need to relax. One of the best stress busters out there is the practice of meditation.

You may be wondering if meditation is for you and if you can benefit from its practice. I believe that anyone can benefit from at least giving meditation a try and the vast majority of people will get a lot out of it.

This book is divided into three parts. We start out with a short exploration of what meditation is. Next, I walk you through the various benefits, both physical and mental, of regular meditation.

Finally, we wrap it up with a chapter on meditation simplified that includes a simple meditation technique that you can try right away. In other words, you have everything at your fingertips that you need to get started.

Where you take this journey of the discovery of meditation going forward is up to you. For now, crab this report and let's start by taking a closer look at what meditation is.

Procrastination - Why We Do It & How to Stop It

Do you find yourself constantly missing appointments? Has it gotten so bad that you have developed a reputation among the people who know you for being chronically late?

How about important projects? Does it seem that you're always backed up against a deadline, rushing to get your work done on time?

Does it seem like you put things off? Even though you have plenty of time to get a specific job done, do you tend to put things off until the last minute?

If your answer to any of these questions was yes, you're not alone.

We all live busy lives. Between work, friends, children, school and other commitments, free time can be hard to find. A full schedule invariably means deadlines.

Appointments need to be kept. Events need to be attended. Projects must be completed by certain dates.

If these things don't happen when they should happen, the entire schedule falls apart. Not only that but missed appointments and delayed projects result in angry people and a corresponding loss of trust, a growing questionable reputation and a whole boatload of unnecessary stress.

It doesn't have to be this way.

In this report, we're going to show you how to break the habit of procrastination. We'll start by looking at why we procrastinate.

We'll examine the causes of procrastination, how procrastination manifests itself and the various ways that it harms us and holds us back.

Resolve - Boosting Willpower

According to the American Psychological Association willpower is "the ability to resist short-term temptations in order to meet long-term goals."

It's what helps us make big strides and reach lofty goals. Without willpower, it's hard to make serious progress in all areas of our lives - from how we look and feel through to how much money we have in our bank account.

To say it's an important life-skill to master and improve is an understatement.

It's an important topic and the reason why I decided to sit down and put this short report together for you on what willpower is, why it is important, and what you can do to boost your own.

That's right. You're not born with a set amount of willpower. You're not limited to what you have right now. Instead, there is much you can do to increase yours and just as much you can do to avoid failing to utilize it.

All of this is covered in the report. In Chapter 3 you will be able to work on the tips, strategies, and skills that will help you "supercharge" and improve your willpower.

Do this, and reaching your goals, no matter how far-fetched and lofty they are, will become a piece of cake.

We'll cover some of the most common reasons why willpower fades or why we fail to utilize it. Knowledge is the first step towards avoiding these "mental traps."

Last but not least, we'll get into the hands-on tips and ideas for boosting our willpower and making sure it lasts.

After reading the entire guide, you will be able to come back on selected ideas and strategies until you reach your full willpower potential. Let's get started.

Slacker Success - Tips to Automate & Delegate

Productivity is a big-ticket concept. You read about it everywhere. A simple Google search will yield dozens of articles that are all variations on the theme of "Increase Your Productivity in X Easy Steps".

A look at a recent best seller list gives you the same result. There are dozens of books that promise to show you how to become more productive which, in turn, will make you more successful.

It's almost frightening when you stop and think about it. Productivity is some kind of social Darwinism. It's not survival of the fittest. Instead, it's survival of the most productive.

At times, it feels like the whole world is engaged in a huge productivity arms race and the winner of that race will get all the toys and goodies.

So, it goes without saying that productivity is one of those lifestyle habits that is universally considered to be a good thing, kind of like good hygiene. Only the most ignorant and, let's be honest, laziest people would ever dare to question the morally imperative nature of hard and efficient work.

The thing is, who actually wants to be the kind of ideal person that's being held up as a paragon of virtuous labor in all those articles and books. Are all those authors as productive as they're telling us to be?

There seems to be little choice in the matter. It's kind of a compulsory thing. You get up early and hit the ground running. You accomplish more in a day than you ever thought possible.

You go to bed with the next day's to-do list already in mind and even while you sleep, you dream of new ways to shave 2 and a half seconds off the time it takes you shower. If you aren't running around 24/7 like a track athlete, then you are obviously not the right kind of person.

Instead, you are a member of the great unwashed, destined to lazily lay about all day and watch as the more productive members of society reap the rewards of their well-organized labors.

This book is a kind of rejection of that questionable work ethic. Why are we trying to be more productive using ways that make life more stressful?

Isn't the goal to make work less like work?

Shouldn't we be doing less and accomplishing more?

Take Ten - Ten Powerful Ways to Let Go & Relax

We live in a fast-paced world and we live busy lives. We run from task to task, trying to balance family, friends, and work, while being bombarded with information from all sides along the way.

It's no wonder we feel stressed out - now more than in any other period in history. As a result, stress-related illnesses are on the rise.

What most of us seem to forget is that it's perfectly fine and beneficial to "take ten" and spend a little time each day de-stressing and taking care of ourselves.

That's what this short guide is all about. I want to inspire you to start taking care of yourself and doing what you can to decompress and combat the stress I'm sure you're under in your everyday life.

I want to inspire you to start reading books again, take long hot baths or walks on the beach, pick up a new hobby, or give meditation and yoga a try. In other words, I want you to learn how to relax.

Living a happy and fulfilled life is all about balance. And stress tips the scales one way. We need to actively do things to help us balance those scales. Taking ten, doing things to unwind and relax helps us do just that.

It calms us down and helps us process our busy lives. Taking some time to unwind allows us to slow down and appreciate everything we have in our lives. And that's a very good thing.

We live in amazing times. Yes, there are a lot of things that add to our stress, but we're also incredibly blessed. We have the time to stop and smell the roses. We just have to make sure we take it.

Yes, we are busy, and yes, there's always something or someone out there trying to get our attention. But where there's a will there's a way, and I promise you that there are plenty of opportunities throughout your busy days to take a few minutes to slow down and do something that will help you relax.

Let me show you how.

Tenacity - Learning How to Persist & Perseverance

In this short guide, I want to introduce you to the idea of tenacity and how it can help you reach your goals and dreams in all areas of your life.

Let's start by taking a look at what tenacity is. Per definition, it's the ability to grip something firmly, it's staying determined, and being persistent.

In other words, a tenacious person will set a goal, make a plan, and then work at it until he or she reaches the goal.

It's easy to see how tenacity and working on increasing your own ability in this area will help you in all areas of your life.

We'll start with a discussion on why tenacity is important. We'll talk about the power of perseverance, the danger of distraction, and why we tend to give up (and how to stop doing that).

Next, we take a look at talent and how we can "outwork" it by being tenacious. After that, I have plenty of tips and ideas for you to become more tenacious in all areas of your life.

The Losing Manual - Dealing With Flops, Failures & Fiascos

Let's talk about losing. In life, you have two choices. You can play it safe all the time and not do much of anything.

Or you can take risks, try new things, and have lots of fun and exciting experiences, along with the occasional failures.

If you ask me, it is well worth risking failure, flops, and even fiascos to reach the goals we set ourselves and do what we really want to do.

That's what this report is all about. We'll talk about failure and losing in the coming pages.

They happen and are part of every aspect of your life and mine. No matter how hard you try, you can't avoid them.

In fact, you shouldn't try to avoid them. I'm here to show you that losing really isn't a bad thing. Instead of avoiding failure at all cost, it's something you should embrace.

What it boils down to is this: Failure is how we learn and the more we fail, the faster we'll learn and get better at what we do.

That's why losing really isn't a bad thing in and of itself. How you react to and deal with that failure is what makes all the difference.

Anytime you lose, fail, or mess up, you have two choices:

(1) You can give up, decide this just isn't for you, and wallow in the failure.

Or…

(2) You can see each failure as a learning opportunity. Learn from your mistakes, and try again until you get it right.

Doing just that is what sets successful people apart from those that always play it safe and just coast through life.

Are you ready to dive in and learn more about dealing with and learning from your losses? Let's get started so you can fail fast and learn even faster.

Daring to Dare - Learning to Embrace Risk

Take a moment to think about life. We're not talking about life in the "big picture" sense. Instead, we're talking about regular, everyday life. You know, the routine, the usual, even the humdrum.

What is it that ties every day of living together? What is it that every normal day shares? What is the one thing in life that is predictable and unchanging? The answer to each of these questions is risk.

We don't often like to think about life in terms of the risks that it poses. However, if you look at existence realistically, you will soon realize that the simple act of being alive is fraught with risk.

Every choice that you make during the average day, even the most mundane of choices, comes with a potential benefit and a potential detriment.

Life as we know it is essentially one long gamble.

Each of us are patrons at a cosmic casino. We stand at the craps table of life, dice in hand, taking chances, big and small, against the odds.

As long as we keep winning, we get to keep playing.

However, like all casinos, the long odds are stacked in favor of the house. Sooner or later, every one of us rolls a seven and craps out.

This is a book about risk. What it is and why we take them. In the following pages, we are going to take a close look at the concept of risk.

We'll see that we are, in fact, hardwired to gamble everything on a roll of the dice. It's how we survive as individuals and how we've survived and thrived as a species.

We'll see that there is an art in risk. We'll discover that taking risks is not only necessary, it is vitally important in both life and business in order to succeed.

Taking Action - Ready*Aim*Fire

We hear from all directions that massive action is vital to our success if we want to make bounding leaps forward in our lives.

Whether our primary goal is a new career, permanent weight loss or starting a big project, massive action is the catalyst that will get us where we want to go. But what exactly is massive action?

Massive action is the term used for taking conscious and deliberate steps to reach our goal. Many people set a goal, but then do not outline the action steps it will take to reach it.

Massive action includes defining those necessary steps and then, you guessed it, taking action on them. It may seem obvious, but taking massive action is not for the faint of heart. It requires bravery, determination and a clear vision. It can be scary, which is why we can be hesitant to start.

But as you will learn in this report, facing your fears and taking swift, consistent and deliberate action is well-worth the discomfort of moving out of your comfort zone to reach that sought-after goal.

Massive action is an ongoing process of taking steps to turn your dreams into a reality; once you start to see things really moving forward, you will be a true believer in massive action taking and will continue to grow as a person--a person who is going places! There's not a moment to lose, so let's get started!
